ALERT Emergency Services (MOST IMPORTANT STEP): Immediately call your country’s emergency number (911, 112, 066). Provide clear information:
Your exact location.
Say: “It looks like a heart attack; the person is unconscious.”
Follow the instructions you receive over the phone. DO NOT HANG UP.
