Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the base
Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press it evenly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish
(use an 8×8-inch dish and half the recipe if desired). -
Make the cheesecake layer
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Spread evenly over the crescent roll layer. -
Add the top layer
Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and gently lay it over the cream cheese mixture. -
Butter & spice
Brush melted butter evenly over the top.
Sprinkle generously with cinnamon (and granulated sugar if using). -
Bake
Bake for 20–30 minutes, until bubbly and lightly golden brown. -
Finish & serve
Optional: Drizzle lightly with honey while warm.
Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy.
